Bruce Perens, CEO
The Wikipedia says:

Bruce Perens is a leader in the Open Source community. He created the Open Source Definition and published the first formal announcement and manifesto of open source. Together with Eric S. Raymond he co-founded the Open Source Initiative. In 2005, he represented Open Source at the United Nations World Summit on the Information Society, at the invitation of the United Nations Development Program.

Today, Perens is still active in representing open source to the world and advising several national governments and multinational corporations regarding Open Source.

Mr. Perens previously served as Vice President at Sourcelabs, Senior Global Strategist for Linux and Open Source at Hewlett-Packard, CEO of Linux Capital Group and chariman of the board of Progeny Linux Systems. He is a visiting researcher at the University of Agder in Norway for part of the year, and was previously Senior Scientist, Open Source for the Cyber Security Policy Research Laboratory of George Washington University.

Ms. Gilbert has two decades of experience in marketing and media, marketing prestigious organizaitons in a diverse set of industries, including the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and the Philharmonia Baroque orchestra. She has a degree in communications from California Polytechnic.
